Kelly Immoos has over 25 years of experience in the vision care and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Platform Optimization Manager at VSP since February 1998, Kelly leads the integration and implementation of eBusiness Platforms and identifies emerging technologies that align with VSP's strategic goals. Previously, as a Senior Account Manager in Health Plan Operations, Kelly developed and managed relationships with Health Plan partners, contributing to sales and retention efforts while serving as a key operational contact. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Client Service Representative at HealthCare Compare from 1991 to 1998. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Strategic Management from California State University - Sacramento.
