Micah C. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2015, Micah worked as an Electronics Engineering Technician at Jacobs, designing and building complex circuits and instrumentation for control systems and data acquisition. In 2016, they joined the US Army and served as a Drill Sergeant, providing training on various subjects to basic training soldiers. Micah also served as an Information Technology Specialist, handling multi-functional information processing systems. They later became the Communications NCOIC for CSTC-A Commanding General and supporting staff. In 2018, Micah joined VSolvit as a Help Desk Improvement Lead, responsible for implementing processes and solutions to enhance the help desk's functionality and efficiency. Later, they became a Help Desk Lead, overseeing all help desk operations and drafting technical documentation. Currently, Micah holds the position of Network Engineer at VSolvit.
Micah C. pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Salt Lake Community College, which they completed between 2015 and 2016. Following this, they attended Weber State University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
In addition to their formal education, Micah C. has also obtained several certifications. In September 2018, they achieved the Apple Certified Support Professional certification from Apple. Micah further acquired the Security+ and A+ certifications from CompTIA, both obtained in August 2018. Most recently, in January 2021, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA.
