Luka Chou is a seasoned professional in structural engineering with extensive experience in technical management and design. Currently serving as Technical Manager at VSL Asia Pacific since July 2013, Luka has contributed to significant projects such as the HCM MRT project in Vietnam and the KVMRT project in Kuala Lumpur. Prior to this role, Luka held the position of Design Manager at VSL Taiwan Ltd. from April 2000 to June 2013, focusing on design, construction technical support, and tender processes. Earlier experience includes roles as an Engineer, where Luka specialized in design and method engineering for various structures including precast segmental bridges and LNG tanks, and as an assistant researcher at TCRI, concentrating on bridge construction methods. Luka Chou earned a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from National Taiwan University, completing studies in 1997.
