Shana Vecchio is an experienced marketing and client service professional with a diverse background in event ticketing and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as the Marketing and Client Service Coordinator at VSH CPAs since February 2021, Shana also holds the position of Ticketing Specialist at Mount Baker Theatre. Prior experience includes roles at Whatcom Literacy Council as a Media & Administrative Assistant, Collage.com as a Customer Satisfaction Representative, and Live Nation Entertainment, where Shana progressed through positions including Marketing Manager and Box Office roles. Additional experience encompasses ticketing and screenings at the Tribeca Film Festival and various marketing internships. Shana holds a B.A. degree with a double major in Philosophy, Politics, and Law (PPL) and Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
