Lenka Papp currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and HR & Organization Director at VÚB banka since January 2018. In this role, Lenka manages organizational structure, implements organizational changes, and oversees regular reporting to the parent company, Intesa Sanpaolo. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist at SE Sluzby inzinierskych stavieb, where Lenka focused on employee performance evaluations and onboarding processes, as well as supporting foreign employees. Previously, Lenka held administrative positions in human resources and procurement at Slovenské elektrárne and served as a Sales Executive Director Assistant at Aegon Partner. Early career experience also includes a supervisory role at Telefónica O2, managing call center operations. Lenka holds a Master's degree in Ethics and Applied Ethics from Matej Bel University.
