Varshika Reddy currently serves as a Business Development Intern at Copernicus Consulting Pte Ltd since April 2023. Previously, Varshika founded a fashion label aimed at promoting slow fashion, successfully selling over 40 units within 60 days while managing all aspects of product design and social media marketing, achieving significant engagement. Varshika has experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive at UMacx Edge, where lead generation efforts resulted in over 100 leads and a notable increase in overall reach. Additionally, Varshika has interned in digital marketing, focusing on content creation and website updates. Varshika holds a Master's degree in Management from NUS Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from O.P. Jindal Global University.
