Mirka Voláková has held various roles in the web development and multimedia design field since 2014. Mirka began their career at Flux Insights as a Web Developer and Multimedia Designer in 2014. Mirka then moved to Sleighdogs in 2015, where they served as WordPress Development Lead and Web Developer / Multimedia Designer. In 2020, they began working at Giant Interactive s.r.o. as a Frontend Developer, and currently holds the same role at VS Media.

Mirka Voláková obtained their AP in Multimedia Design from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding in 2014. Mirka then obtained their Mgr. in Teacher Training for Secondary Schools: English, Psychology from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen in 2013. Mirka also obtained their Bc. in Psychology Focused on Education from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen in 2010. In 2006, Mirka obtained their ESOL First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge and their Basic State Exam in English Language from Krajské centrum vzdělávání a Jazyková škola s právem státní jazykové zkoušky, Plzeň.
