Julia Surber Brnardic has extensive experience in business development, project management, and finance within various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Greenways Foundation of Indiana since November 2022, Julia has held significant roles at VS Engineering, Inc., including Business & Project Development since March 2018 and Manager of Business Development from July 2013 to October 2016. Prior positions include Business Development at First Group Engineering Inc., Finance Director at Marion County GOP, and Media Relations & Member Services Director at the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns. Julia also worked as Finance Director for the Indiana House Republican Campaign Committee and Manager of Political Affairs at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Julia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Purdue University, completed in 1999.
