Shameen S. has been working in customer support roles since 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Support Team Lead and Technical Customer Support Representative at Sparkeye Technologies. In 2022, they moved to Vroozi, where they have held two roles as a Customer Support Analyst. Prior to 2017, Shameen S. was a Content Writer at Ink and Page from 2016.
