Shyla Cassily is an accomplished manager with significant experience in business development and customer service. Since joining vRide, Inc. in September 2010, Shyla has progressed from Business Development Executive to Manager, focusing on market growth, prospecting new leads, and conducting presentations. Previous roles include Account Coordinator at vRide, where responsibilities included assisting the Market Manager and conducting vanpool formation meetings, and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where team management and scheduling were key duties. Shyla's career began in the United States Air Force as an In Flight Refueler, ensuring that aircrew met training and flight requirements. Shyla holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of the Air Force and furthered education at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2010.
