Nancy Flanagan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Key, formerly known as Seniors In Place, LLC, since June 2021, Nancy has also worked as a licensed realtor at VRI Homes since March 2004. Previously, Nancy held the position of Director of Physician and Patient Services and Nurse Liaison at Promise Care NJ from May 2008 to May 2020. Other roles include serving as a visiting nurse at Christ Hospital Home Health from March 2002 to May 2008. Nancy Flanagan has a solid educational background with studies at Kean University and the Medical Coding Academy.
