Michael Berndt is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the tooling and plastics industry. Currently serving as the Tooling Manager for the Plastics Business Unit at VRC Engineered Solutions since March 2023, Michael has been integral in managing tooling operations. Simultaneously, Michael has held the position of Toolmaker/CNC Mill and EDM Programmer at Cascadia Custom Molding since December 1991, specializing in the design critique, construction, repair, and quotation of plastic injection molds for clients in the medical device, aerospace, and electronics sectors.
