Manuela Simón Padrós has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Manuela started their career as a freelance Graphic Designer in 2013 and worked independently until 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Graphic Designer at muehlhausmoers corporate communications for a brief period.

In 2018, Manuela joined Companisto as a Visual Designer, where they worked until 2020. Following that, they joined etality GmbH as a Product Designer from January 2020 to October 2021.

Afterward, Manuela worked as a Product Designer at FinMarie from October 2021 to April 2023.

Manuela'smost recent position is at VR Smart Guide, where they hold the role of Senior Product Designer starting from July 2023.

Manuela Simón Padrós obtained their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in the field of User Experience (UX) Design. In November 2018, they completed the certification for "Introduction to User Experience" at the University of Michigan. In March 2019, they obtained the certification for "UX Design: From Concept to Wireframe", also from the University of Michigan. In October 2019, Manuela obtained the certification for "Evaluating Designs with Users" from the University of Michigan. Most recently, in May 2021, they completed the certification for "Intermediate UX Design" at UX Academy.
