Milan Markovic has a wealth of experience in the field of operations, governance, and management. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head of Operations at ALL.ART Protocol and as a Board Member at the Museum of Applied Arts in Belgrade. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Executive Director of VR-All-Art, a virtual space meant for art and culture. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Member of the Serbian Association of Internal Auditors (IIA). From 2015 to 2018, they were a Consultant for Internal Audit Services at the City of Belgrade and a Member of the Prime Minister's Council for Creative Industries. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Project Coordinator at the Center for Globalization Studies (CGS) and a Director of Trikom Ltd.
Milan Markovic has an education history that includes a MA in Political Science from the Faculty for Political Science in Belgrade (2012-2013), a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the College of Economics and Politics (2011-2012), and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the Belgrade Business School (2009-2011). Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as a Licensed Authorized Internal Auditor in the Public Sector from the Ministry of Finance in the Republic of Serbia (2019), Application of New Standards in Internal Audit and Financial Management and Control from the Association "Internal Audit" (2017), More Efficient Public Accountability Mechanisms from the Association "Internal Audit" (2017), Modern Art & Ideas from The Museum of Modern Art (2017), Fundamentals of Financial Management and Control from the Association "Internal Audit" (2016), Fundamentals of Internal Audit from the Association "Internal Audit" (2016), Government Exams from the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development in the Republic of Serbia (2016), and a Harvard Negotiation Degree from CGS (2011).
