Colin Lauder currently serves as Operations Manager at Vertex Professional Services and has been the Managing Director of Lauder Solutions since October 2017, specializing in talent development, executive coaching, leadership development, and business transformation. Previously, Colin held leadership positions at Parity Group PLC, including Managing Director of Parity Professionals and General Manager of the Business Consulting division, overseeing significant teams and revenue growth. Additional experience includes a directorial role at K2I Consulting and various consulting positions at Kiang Consulting and Parity Group PLC. Colin Lauder also has a background in human resources from Teleflex. Colin earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Ulster University between 2011 and 2016.
