Sam Runnels is currently the Revenue Operations Manager at VPL, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sam served as the Sales Operations Manager at EverCommerce from June 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included optimizing sales processes, managing various tech stacks, providing insights for sales and marketing, and enhancing the lead outreach process. Sam's experience at Updox spans from May 2017 to June 2022, first as the Sales Development Representative and later as the SDR Operations Team Lead, focusing on operational tasks and tech management for the SDR team. Earlier experience includes an internship with Ohio State Video Services. Sam holds a Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Communications from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences, earned between 2014 and 2017.
