Devon Washington is an experienced professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at VPL since August 2023. Prior to this role, Devon was the Manager of Sales and Service Operations at Numotion from October 2022 to August 2023, and previously held the position of Manager of Customer Success at VPL between June 2019 and October 2022. Devon's extensive career at Cardinal Health spanned nearly eight years, during which multiple roles were held, including Manager of Strategic Planning/Execution and Manager of Customer Support Services. Early in the career, Devon gained experience as a Rental Management Trainee at Ryder System, Inc. Devon earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Marketing from Miami University in 2010.
