Fen Chen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They started their career as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore in 1994 and worked there until 2000. Following that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2000 to 2003, where they focused on tissue engineering for cartilage and cardiac tissue.
