Thomas Vaughn has held various positions in the finance industry since 1988. Thomas started their career at Comdisco as a Senior Vice President, then worked at Alliance Capital Management as a Vice President. Thomas later joined Provident Investment Counsel as a Senior Vice President before moving to Invesco US as a Wealth Management Director. At Invesco US, they started as a Regional Director and then held additional positions in National Accounts, eventually working on the firm's RIA distribution strategy. In 2010, they joined Voya Investment Management as a Senior Vice President in Business Development.

Thomas Vaughn attended Glastonbury High School. Thomas later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Fairfield University.
