Nilanjan (Neil) Roy holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Amravati University and AMBAI. Currently serving as the ePMO Governance and Methodology Lead at Voya Financial, Nilanjan has extensive experience in program and project management. Previous roles include Director of Program Management, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager at Publicis Sapient, as well as Project Manager, Programmer Analyst, and Senior Software Engineer at Infosys. Additionally, Nilanjan contributes expertise to the Advisory Board at The George Washington University School of Business and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC).
