Bradley Betlach is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in employee benefits and insurance law. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Counsel for Workplace Solutions at Voya Financial since May 2015, Bradley provides comprehensive legal support for the Health Solutions division, including employee benefits such as life and disability insurance, as well as Health Savings and Spending Accounts. Previously, Bradley was a shareholder at Nilan Johnson Lewis PA, focusing on employee benefits litigation, and served as Associate General Counsel at Allina Health System, where responsibilities included defending medical malpractice cases. With early career positions including law clerk roles at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Hennepin County District Court and experience as an associate at Bassford Remele, Bradley has developed a diverse legal expertise over three decades. Bradley holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA in Sociology and Legal Assistance from Hamline University.
