Rebecca Payne-Passmore

Rebecca Payne-Passmore has a diverse work experience. Rebecca started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota in 2012 and later worked as a Research Assistant at Yale University in 2013. Rebecca then became a Pedagogical Consultant at Bryn Mawr College from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they worked as an English Language Assistant at Colegio Castilla, teaching English to Spanish students and creating interactive lessons that integrated language and content. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an English Teacher at EF Education First, teaching English to adults from various backgrounds. Rebecca then joined Voxy, where they held multiple roles including Content Editor, Pedagogy Consultant, and Assistant Manager of Content. Currently, they are the Director of Content & Learning Design at Voxy, responsible for overseeing content development and aligning curricula based on partner requests and learner needs.

Rebecca Payne-Passmore holds a Bachelor of Art (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Rebecca then pursued a Master's Degree in Bilingual and Multilingual Education at Universidad de Alcalá from 2014 to 2015. Subsequently, they continued their education at The University of Edinburgh, where they earned a Master's Degree in Digital Education from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Google Data Analytics Specialization from Coursera, TESOL/TEFL/TESL from Oxford Seminars, Tableau Fundamentals from DataCamp, and Spreadsheet Fundamentals from DataCamp.
