Ruben Lieten is an experienced executive and technologist in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at VoxelSensors since August 2024. Previously, Ruben co-founded Spectricity, where from January 2019 to August 2024, responsibilities included process technology development, financial management, and team building. Prior roles include Senior Technologist at Entegris, where contributions focused on advanced deposition materials and wet processing, and Senior R&D Engineer at KU Leuven and IMEC, managing projects and conducting research on novel semiconductor materials. Additional research experience includes visiting positions at AIST and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Ruben holds an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School and a PhD in Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
