Jonathan Oakley is the founder of Voxeleron and a leading expert in machine learning and pattern recognition. Jonathan has over 13 years of experience in the field, having worked with some of the world's top companies in the field, including Lumidigm and Carl Zeiss Meditec. Jonathan has been responsible for developing and deploying machine learning algorithms used for fingerprint "liveness" recognition, keypoint detection and matching, and feature detection and classification. Jonathan has also initiated and led research projects in Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), resulting in seminal journal publications in Brain, Neurology, Ophthalmology, and other leading journals. Jonathan's experience and expertise have made him a world-renowned authority in the field of machine learning and pattern recognition, and their work has helped shape the way these technologies are used today.

Jonathan Oakley received their Ph.D. in Medical Image Processing from ETH Zürich, their M.Phil in Medical Image Processing from UCL, and their B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of York.
