Ekata Shah has a diverse professional background with experience in communication, outreach, and research. Currently serving as a Communication and Outreach Specialist and Project Lead at VoxCrow since July 2020, Ekata previously worked as a Research and Development Analyst at OPTA Services from November 2018 to May 2019, focusing on product and service research. Earlier roles include Program Coordinator and Teacher at Aryan Education Pvt. Ltd. from April 2014 to August 2015, and an internship at Braindigit IT Solutions in 2013, where responsibilities included client communications and data collection. Ekata holds a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor in Information Management from the College of Applied Business.
