Rashida Williams has been working in the entertainment industry since 2007. Rashida began their career as an Intern for the Ohio Hip Hop Awards, where they were responsible for working the registration tables for all events. In 2011, they started blogging for OhioHipHopBlog.com, contributing interviews with artists, models, photographers, fashion designers, and all others who contribute to the Ohio arts and entertainment segment. In 2012, they founded and became the CEO of Really Rashida Enterprises. Since 2015, they have been working as a Technical Support Specialist for Vox Mobile.

Rashida Williams attended Full Sail University from 2011 to 2014 and earned an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
