Payal Aggarwal has been working in the technical support field since 2018. Payal began their career as a Telemarketing Executive at Justdial in 2018. In 2019, they joined Mount code as a Technical Support Specialist, where they were responsible for taking ownership of cases and resolving customer issues, providing technical support for Mobile Apps, Web apps and CMS sites to international clients, and providing world class customer support while also assisting with technical consultations and escalations from internal and external partners.
