Claire Gordon is an accomplished showrunner and executive producer, currently leading the Netflix series "Explained," produced by Vox Media. Gordon's experience includes serving as a senior segment producer for "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver," and working as a reporter and producer for Al Jazeera America. Earlier career roles featured reporting at AOL Huffington Post and an internship at Slate DoubleX. Claire Gordon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Yale University and completed a Fox International Fellowship in Sociology at Freie Universität Berlin.
