Małgorzata Rusin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, consumer insights, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Continuous Learning Platform Product Manager at Uniwersytet SWPS, Małgorzata focuses on financial oversight and KPI management to enhance platform growth. Previously at VOX CAPITAL GROUP as the Product Discovery & Consumer Insights Manager, Małgorzata established frameworks for product development and innovation.
