William Flores has extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as Process Manager in the steelmaking and Casting Division at Acerbrag (Votorantim Siderurgia) since 2015. Prior to this role, William held positions such as Quality Plant Manager and Process Manager at Republic Steel, where expertise in EAF, LMF, VTD, and Caster processes was developed. With previous roles as Process Engineer and Shift Manager at Corp. Aceros Arequipa SA, as well as Research Metallurgist at First Subsea, William has a strong foundation in metallurgical research and process optimization. William's educational background includes a CMI Level 5 in Management and Leadership from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a postgraduate degree in advanced metallurgy from The University of Sheffield, along with a Bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering from the National University of Engineering.
