Amandha Alcântara currently serves as Coordinadora de Gestión Corporativa at Votorantim Cimentos España since January 2024, following a decade-long tenure at Votorantim Cimentos in various roles including Coordenadora de Project Management Office (PMO Corporativo) and Senior Treasury Analyst. Amandha has been instrumental in structuring the Corporate PMO and implementing agile governance processes. Prior experiences include treasury-related positions focusing on insurance, risks, credit, cash management, and controllership, as well as a strategic planning internship at Bradesco. Amandha holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Ibmec and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
