Steve E. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Steve started their career as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2010, they joined iSIGHT Partners as a Manager in Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis, where they worked until 2015. Steve then joined Mandiant and served as Intelligence Enablement from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Synack, Inc. as a Manager in Customer Success, a position they held until 2021. Currently, Steve is employed at Votiro, where they started as a Director of Customer Success in 2021 and was later promoted to Senior Director of Customer Success in March 2023.

Steve E. has a Master of Science (MS) degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Steve also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition to their degrees, Steve E. has obtained a certification in CISSP from (ISC)² in February 2014.
