Tatsiana Senina began their work experience in 2004 as an Online Instructor at European Humanities University and continued in that role until 2011. After that, they worked as a Lecturer at Gomel State University from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they became a Conference Producer at Marcus Evans until mid-2013 when they joined Clarion Events as the Head of Content until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Tatsiana worked at Vostock Capital UK as the Head of Production and Programming / Acting Executive Director. Since June 2016, they have been the CEO and Managing Director at Vostock Capital UK.

Tatsiana Senina has an education history that includes various educational experiences. In 2001 to 2004, they attended Institut Universitaire Professionalise where they obtained a Maitrise degree in Business Management. Later on, in 2008 to 2009, they went to the University of Oxford as a Visiting Scholar, focusing on Public Speaking Strategies. In 2011 to 2012, Tatsiana pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition at the University of Oxford.
