Ray also worked at Motorola from 1997 to 2008, starting as a Junior Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Staff Engineer. During this time, they designed and implemented fault management and database services for various devices in the 1X system, collaborated with system architects on event correlation and diagnostics interactions, and provided leadership within one of the subsystems.
