Carlos Garcia, RCDD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and telecommunications. Currently serving as the National Project Manager at Voss Lighting since October 2021, Carlos previously held the role of Construction Engineer 3 at the Los Alamos National Laboratory from September 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of construction activities and engineering support. Carlos has also worked as a Telecommunications Professional 2 at Jacobs and a Fiber Optic Technician at North Church, along with numerous positions that emphasized telecommunications infrastructure at companies such as Mutual Telecom Services and Verizon Federal Network Systems. With a solid foundation as a Journeyman Electrician at Enterprise Electrical Services, Carlos has engaged in various electrical and telecommunications projects across notable establishments. Educational qualifications include a Masters Level Certificate in Theology from The Resurgence Training Center and completion of an apprenticeship from the New Mexico Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee for the Electrical Industry.
