Cooper Phillips has a diverse work experience that spans different roles and industries. Cooper began their career at Vornado in 2008 as a Marketing Assistant and held this position until 2014. In 2014, they joined SC Medical as a Sales Associate and worked there until 2016. Cooper then returned to Vornado in 2016, where they initially worked as an R&D Coordinator until August 2021. Subsequently, they transitioned to the position of Senior Product Manager and continues to hold this role.

Cooper Phillips earned a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience from Drake University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Cooper then pursued further education at Wichita State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained a certification in Lean Management from Simplilearn in June 2016.
