Ilse Venema has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Ilse started their career in 2014 as an intern at Stichting Amsterdam Duursport, where they were involved in organizing and promoting events. In 2014, they also worked as an Eventcoordinator at Avontuurfabriek.

In 2015, Ilse joined B. Building Business, where they held multiple roles including Intern meetings & events, Eventmanager, and Rent. Their responsibilities included organizing meetings and events, introducing sports activities, and defining the event department.

From 2018 to 2020, Ilse worked at TruQu as a Sales Representative, AE, and Support. Ilse was responsible for sales and customer support tasks.

Since 2020, Ilse has been working at Vormats - Video Made Easy. Ilse started as a BDR/AE and later took on the role of Lead Business Development. Their responsibilities included sales operations, lead generation, creating and implementing the Ideal Customer Profile, managing a team, contract negotiations, enterprise sales, setting up sales automation, analyzing sales data, and onboarding new colleagues.

Additionally, Ilse served as a Trainer at Gooise Atletiek Club for several years, starting in 2009. Their experience includes coaching and training athletes.

Ilse Venema completed their Bachelor's degree in Sport Management en Ondernemen from HvA, studying from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended A. Roland Holst College from 2006 to 2012 and obtained their HAVO degree. In addition to their formal education, Ilse Venema also obtained a Mastership in Sales Coaching from Winning by Design in April 2022.
