Kevin McCarville has over 25 years of work experience. Kevin began their career in 1994 as an Analog Design/Product Test Engineer at Cirrus Logic, where they developed a custom, mixed-signal test system for LCD ICs and drove test application development through volume ramp and optimization. In 2000, they joined Intel as a Staff Analog Engineer, where they project-managed a team of 20 design engineers through pre-silicon verification of cell phone radio ICs and delivered a keynote address at the 2004 Intel DTTC Mixed-signal Verification Forum. In 2005, they moved to SigmaTel as a Principle Member of the Technical Staff, where they designed components of USB2 physical interface and received a department award for uncovering numerous bugs in design verification. In 2006, they were hired by Pintail Technologies as an Applications Engineer, which was later acquired by Salland Engineering in 2011. At Salland Engineering, they served as a Product Manager/Technical Sales Specialist and was responsible for business line development for a new product line in adaptive testing. In 2014, they joined Optimal+ as a Manager Applications Engineering, and in 2016, they were appointed Manager/Director Test Operations at VORAGO Technologies.
Kevin McCarville received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University between 1986 and 1991. Kevin then went on to earn their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University between 1991 and 1993.
