Emily Kao is an experienced ESG Analyst at Vontobel Asset Management, where responsibilities include environmental, social, and governance analysis since November 2018. Prior to this role, Emily served as Associate Director at Vontobel Asset Management, from September 2010 to March 2016, managing performance measurement and risk analytics for numerous institutional accounts, as well as maintaining GIPS composites. Earlier experience includes being a Senior Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs, a Social Research Intern at Calvert, and a Research Assistant at Sanford C. Bernstein. Emily holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
