Severine Harrami is an experienced professional with a strong background in relationship management and customer success. Currently serving as Team Lead for Relationship Management at VONQ since August 2018, Severine has developed skills in managing client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, Severine held the position of Customer Success Manager at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, where responsibilities included wholesale management. In earlier roles, Severine gained valuable retail experience, serving as Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at MANGO and zero Clothing GmbH & Co. KG, as well as positions at New Yorker.
