Katja Oelsner is a highly experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in strategic recruitment and HR processes. Currently serving as a Senior Expertin Recruiting at Vonovia since November 2021, Katja oversees the end-to-end recruiting process for various corporate functions, actively engaging candidates through social networks. Prior to this role, Katja held several positions at thyssenkrupp, including Recruiting Steering Expert and Recruiting Expert, where responsibilities included enhancing recruiting processes, developing interview guides, and managing external recruitment partnerships. Katja began the career as an HR-Generalist at thyssenkrupp Materials Services and transitioned from an apprenticeship in procurement at ThyssenKrupp Schulte GmbH.
