Mercedes Vescovi is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in various senior counsel and legal consultant roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Counsel Commercial at Vonage since March 2023, Mercedes has provided legal expertise as Fractional General Counsel for various companies since January 2007. Previous significant roles include Senior Legal Consultant at Coconut Software (March 2018 - November 2022) and at PGi (July 2020 - July 2021), as well as Senior Legal Counsel positions at Conductor (October 2010 - January 2022) and Vyze (March 2016 - December 2019). Mercedes has also held key legal positions at Broadsmart, Inc. and ShoreTel, and obtained a JD Cum Laude from Universidad de Puerto Rico following a BA Cum Laude in Communications Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
