Alastair Bowers is a seasoned professional in solutions engineering with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering International at Vonage since January 2019, Alastair has also held the position of Solutions Engineering Manager for the UK and EMEA regions. Prior to Vonage, Alastair spent over a decade at NewVoiceMedia, progressing through various roles from Sales Engineer to Solutions Engineering Manager. Alastair's earlier career includes a role as CCSG Provisioning Analyst at Cable & Wireless. Alastair holds a BA in Media from the University of Winchester, obtained between 2001 and 2004, and completed studies at Farnborough 6th Form College from 1999 to 2001.
