Patricia Kaim is a Partner at Von Wobeser y Sierra, S. C, where professional experience dates back to November 2004, having previously served as a Senior Associate at the same firm. In 2012, Patricia worked as an International Visiting Attorney at Arent Fox. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law, a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and a Law Degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho, obtained between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, Patricia is pursuing a Diploma in Legal Argumentation at Universidad Iberoamericana and has participated in a Seminar in Intellectual Property at Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch LLP since 2007.
