Michael Ricker is a Technical Manager - Automotive at Von Roll since January 2021, focusing on sales and customer technical support for insulating resins in North America and potting applications for low voltage and EV systems. Prior experience includes serving as a Chemical Engineer - R&D at INTERPRINT Group from July 2015 to December 2020, where product development and process improvements for roto-gravure printing were key responsibilities. Michael also worked as a Process Engineer at Anaren in early 2014, enhancing printed circuit board fabrication processes, and at DuPont in 2013, overseeing a fermentation process scale-up lab for producing food-grade enzymes. Earlier experience includes a QA Internship at North American Breweries, Inc. in 2012, managing quality assurance and control labs independently. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned in 2015.
