Mikko Jann Peschke serves as COO and Director at VON DER HEYDEN Human Capital since August 2020, leading a global executive search firm dedicated to sustainable value creation by placing top-tier talent. Prior roles include Venture Advisor at Autark Venture, Associate Director of New Business at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, and Investment Associate at SevenVentures, where Mikko focused on growth investment opportunities. Additionally, Mikko co-founded Gentleman's Agreement, a clothing label aimed at enhancing urban style, and worked as a Business Consultant at BearingPoint. Mikko began a career in strategy and patent analysis during tenure as a working student at Siemens. Mikko holds a Master of Science in Physics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
