Alberto González is an experienced project manager currently leading the Center of Excellence at VON DER HEYDEN Human Capital since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alberto worked as an associate at VON DER HEYDEN, specializing in global executive search with a focus on sustainable value creation. Alberto's experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Amazon and as a Property Management Assistant and Front Desk Manager at Hotel Plaza Real Suites & Apartments. Additionally, Alberto has a background in culinary arts, having worked as an Entremetier de Cuisine at Hotel Miramar Barcelona. Alberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, as well as a Diplôme Culinaire d'Hôtelier from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
