Candela Lecina is an experienced talent researcher and HR professional with a focus on executive search within the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, and Retail industries. Currently serving as Talent Research LATAM at VDH | VON DER HEIDE since February 2023, Candela is responsible for defining job profiles, conducting initial candidate research, and coordinating subsequent hiring stages. Concurrently, Candela works as a co-teacher for the Work Psychology course at the University of Buenos Aires. Previously, Candela held the position of HR Junior Analyst at Direcciona, handling recruitment, data analysis, and university relations. Candela's career in education includes roles as an English teacher at Instituto Santa Lucina and Ranelagh English Centre. Candela holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and completed an Executive Program in HR Innovation at Universidad del CEMA.
