Tom Havas, MBA, has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. where they oversee financial operations. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP as a Practice Group Manager, where they managed financial and administrative functions for the practice groups. Before that, they held the position of Director of Finance at Direct Supply, where they partnered with the COO and General Managers to achieve significant revenue and profit growth. Tom also has experience in the telecommunications industry, having served as the Director of Network Planning & Administration at Norlight Telecommunications, where they led a team focused on cost reduction and optimizing product profitability. Tom also worked in various financial roles at Advo, Inc. and Pella Windows & Doors, where they played a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Additionally, Tom started their career as a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton LLP, gaining experience in auditing and staff supervision.

Tom Havas, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the Wisconsin School of Business, where they pursued a dual major in Accounting and Information Systems from 1986 to 1990. Tom furthered their education at Marquette University from 2013 to 2014, completing the Executive Program for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in International Business.
