Niklas Erhardsson currently serves as the Vice President of the Business Office at Volvo Group Real Estate, where responsibilities include leading Business Strategy, People & Culture, and Health & Safety initiatives since August 2021. Prior to this role, Erhardsson held the position of HR Director for Sweden at Volvo Buses from September 2018 to August 2021.
